What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive your name, phone number, email address if given, the subject you choose and the message you write. When you call or message us on WhatsApp we receive your number and what you send. The website server keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and pages visited, for security.
Why we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry, to consider whether we can act for you, and, if we do act, to carry out the work. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use it for marketing.
Who sees it
The advocates and staff of B.K. Singh & Associates who handle enquiries. If we act for you, information is shared with courts, mediators, associate counsel and others only as needed for your matter.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become matters are deleted within a reasonable period. Files of matters we handle are kept as long as professional duties and the law require.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw consent. Write to advocates@legals365.com.
